We ship to all of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
π Important: We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands .
π Do you want to make a return or request a refund?
No problem! Here we explain everything in a quick and easy way:
β Do you want to return your order?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if you change your mind.

The product must be unused and unopened .

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Steps to make a return:

Look for your order number (you'll find it in the confirmation email).

Contact us via the support icon (bottom right) or write to us at info@airnaze.com indicating your order number and your return request.

We will send you instructions for returning the package to our warehouse.

As soon as we receive the package and confirm that it is unused, we will refund your money immediately .
β Did your product arrive damaged or defective?
Don't worry, we'll take care of that too.
Steps to claim for defective products:

Take 2-3 photos or a video that clearly shows the problem.

Have your order number (from the confirmation email) handy.

Send us the photos and order number to info@airnaze.com .

We'll tell you how to send the package. Once we receive it, we'll refund your money without any hassle.
