What does each pack include?
Each "use" is equivalent to one pair of pads (one for each side of the nose). For example, the 30-use pack includes 30 pairs of pads.
How many should I use per month?
It depends on your routine. If you use it daily, about 30 uses per month. If you only use it for sleeping or working out, it can last longer.
Are they sweat-resistant?
Yes. They have an adhesive designed to withstand an entire physical activity session or all night, even with movement or sweat.
Are they safe for the skin?
Yes. They are made without latex or irritating components. They are soft, comfortable, and suitable for all skin types.
Can I return them?
Yes. If you change your mind for any reason, you have up to 30 days for a quick and hassle-free return. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
